ADA seating is available in Row A of all sections.
ADA parking is available onsite and is on a first come first serve basis.

Henrico Sports and Events Center has ground level ADA seating available on the Arena side and two elevators available in the facility for ADA use. In addition to this, Henrico Sports and Events Center offers ADA entry located at the main entrance, East 1.

Animals and pets, including emotional support animals (ESA), are prohibited inside the building.

Service animals (dogs or miniature horses trained to do work and/or perform certain tasks related to a disability) are allowed, as per ADA policies.

There are no ATM on-site. Henrico Sports and Events Center is a cashless facility.

Organizers must use a facility pre-approved audio visual company. Contact your Event Coordinator for more details.

Changing stations can be found in the handicap stall of each restroom.

The Family Restroom is located in the 1st floor hallway in between East Lobby 1 and East Lobby 2.

Posting or displaying banners/signs/flags requires prior approval from the Henrico Sports & Events Center. If signage is approved, it may only be displayed in designated areas. Signs that are offensive, vulgar, or commercial in nature will not be permitted inside or outside the facility.

Staff and security reserve the right to check all bags that enter the facility. Please see the “Know Before You Go” page for your event’s specific bag policy.

The Jan-Pro Box Office is open during certain events. Please refer to your event's page for the specific ticket policy related to your event. Ticket prices are determined by the event organizers; the Henrico Sports & Events Center does not set or control ticket pricing. Only credit card payments are accepted.

Our box office is proudly sponsored by Jan-Pro Cleaning & Disinfecting.

Tickets for children are dependent on the event organizer protocols. Please see the Events & Tickets page for your event’s children’s ticket policy.

Guests cannot bring in outside food or beverages. One empty, refillable container will be permitted to use at the various water fountains. Concessions will be available to guests for any large-scale event or in-house programming. 

Vending machines are located inside the building.

Alcohol will be available for purchase for guests 21 and older with valid ID at certain events.

We are a cashless venue. Credit/debit cards payments only.

All sales are final. No refunds.

Only credit/debit cards are accepted for concessions and box office payments (unless stated otherwise by the event organizer). We are a cashless venue.

Drones are not permitted inside or outside the building.

Elevators are located on both sides of the court.

Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and/or components are not permitted inside the building per Henrico County Code Sec. 13-62.

Any issues affecting guests will be addressed by venue staff. Should an injury or incident occur please report this immediately to an employee or visit the front desk.

Trainers are available based on the event organizer's protocols.

Guests should always display courtesy, impose self-control, and abide by HSEC policies. Spectators should remain in the spectator area and will not have access to or speak to any official, coach, or player during game play. Inappropriate and disrespectful language or signage is not tolerated.

No guest may kick, throw, or hit balls or other items against the wall (interior or exterior) except on courts during warm-up or game play.

The Henrico Sports & Events Center has the right to remove any individuals from the facility.

Code of Sportsmanship for Athletes
As an athlete at the Henrico Sports & Events Center, you are expected to compete with integrity, respect your opponents, teammates, coaches, officials, and staff, and uphold the rules of fair play. Show humility in victory, grace in defeat, and lead by example through discipline, positivity, and good character.

Business Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am-5pm

Front Desk Hours: Monday - Thursday | 10am-3pm & 5pm-9pm

Facility Tours: By Appointment Only

Weekend Hours: Varies by Event

If the Event Organizer fails to pay their balance on time (as outlined in the Agreement), they’ll be charged a late fee of 1.5% per month on the amount they still owe.

Please fill out our Lost & Found Form if you believe you lost or misplaced an item at HSEC.

Once submitted, our staff will search our lost and found inventory and notify you if your item is located. You may pick up at the HSEC on a predetermined date and time. We do not ship items, but you may contact the event organizer to coordinate reclamation.

Found items are securely stored for up to 2 weeks. The Henrico Sports & Events Center is NOT responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
